Things to Do

NEIGHBORHOODS TO VISIT

Downtown Miami/Brickell-The Dupont Building where we are getting married is in Downtown Miami! We recommend walking by the water around Bayfront Park and checking out the Perez Art Museum or Frost Science Museum (you might even see a manatee or dolphin along the way!). You can also check the Miami Heat schedule and try to get tickets to a game!

South Beach- No trip to Miami is complete without getting a tan and people watching in South Beach. We recommend renting and riding Citi Bikes around here or walking the boardwalk! You can also visit museums and check out the Art Deco Architecture on Ocean Drive.

Wynwood- This is Miami's art district. You can walk around the murals in Wynwood Walls and check out the graffiti in the neighborhood. There are several breweries here you can check out too and if it's the weekend, stop by Smorgasburg to grab a bite to eat!

Little Havana- Grab a cafecito, smoke a cigar, and explore Calle Ocho, the main street of Little Havana. You can also check out Domino park and go dancing at the Ball & Chain Bar.

Coconut Grove- Leafy picturesque neighborhood with relaxed sidewalk cafes and chic shops in and around the CocoWalk mall. The area's several green spaces include bay-front Barnacle Historic State Park, home to a mangrove forest, and the iconic Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, centered on a lavish Italian-style villa. Sailing clubs and marinas dot the waterfront.

Key Biscayne- This area is about 30 minutes from the room block hotels. You can enjoy the beautiful drive over the bridge and see the Miami skyline. You can visit Bill Baggs Cape State Park or Crandon Park. You can also visit the Rusty Pelican restaurant for a bite and a view!
